- If batter is too thick add more water to it now add baking soda and salt to it mix nicely.Heat 1 tsp oil add rai and curry leaves when crackle,pour this in the batter. Heat a non stick tawa and spread 1 tsp oil then pour a laddle full of batter spread, it should be be thick
- Spread veggies on top press with a spatula put 1 tsp oil on sides
- When one side is done flip and cook for a minute on medium heat
- Serve with any sauce
