Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Jalaibi:

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 4 Tablespoons cornflour
  3. 3,4 Tablespoon Yogurt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/4 teaspoon colour
  6. 200 ml Water
  7. Sugar syrup
  8. 1 kg Sugar
  9. 1 liter water
  10. 5,6 Cardamom
  11. For frying
  12. Oil as required

Steps to make to make Jalaibi

  1. Add in a larg bowl Flour, cornflour and baking soda mix well.
  2. Then add yogurt and red colour (optional), add water mix with an egg beater, until smooth thick running Paste. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan,
    After 15 minutes add the mixture into zip bag cut the edges, just a bit,
    Or use a squeezing sauce bottle,
  4. Fry the jalaibi on medium heat not too much hot nor warm, pour the mixture with a squeezing bottle in hot oil and make the jalaibies, dont fry to much remove the jalaibi from the oil put in strainer
    strain the oil,
  5. And pour directly in sugar syrup (slightly hot to warm)
    Soak for 2,3 minutes
  6. Serve jalaibi hot or warm
    As you like.
