- In a Bowl add Chicken. Add Meat Tenderizer, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Cream, Yoghurt, White Pepper, Whole Spice Powder, White Pepper Powder, Corn Flour and Salt.
- Mix Well and Marinate for 2-3 Hours.
- Add Butter Before Cooking the Boti.. (After Marinating it). Mix well.
- Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until Chicken is ready. (BBQ or Shallow Fry in a pan until Chicken is done).
- Delicious Malai Boti is ready.
