- 1 cup small diced potatoes
- 1 tbls crushed coriander
- 2 tesp red chilli powder
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 medium onions chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- For Tarka~
- 1 cup onion sliced
- 3 clove garlic
- 5-6 whole red chillies
- 1 tesp zeera
- 8-10 frozen koftas
- leaves Fresh coriander
Instructions to make to make Kofta karhi pakora
- In a pan fry roast gram flour till fragrant and let it cool.
- Add roasted gram flour, yogurt and water in a bowl and mix well until smooth and set aside.
- In Pot add oil, curry leaves, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste add water and mix well for two minutes.
- Add Turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
- Add gram flour mixture and mix well. Add water and bring to boil. Then cover it and cook for 1½ hour on low flame and keep stirring In between.
- In Pot add all Pakora ingredients in it and mix with water.
- Heat up oil and fry all Pakoras until golden and crispy. Add these Pakoras in karhi and cook on low flame.
- Then add frozen koftas in a pan stir fry then add into karhi.
- In fry pan add oil and onions cook till golden brown. Then add garlic clove slices and all the tarka ingredients.
- Now add tarka on karhi and it's ready sprinkle fresh coriander leaves. Kofta karhi pakora Is ready to serve.
