- 2 cups Gram flour
- 1 Potato large
- 1 Onion large
- 2 Green chili
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Red chilli crushed
- half tsp Fenugreek leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
- half tsp Chaat masala
- half tsp Garam masala
- half tsp Coriander crushed
- Water as required
- pinch Baking soda
Steps to make to make Curry pakora
- In a blender add gram flour, yogurt, green chili and water
Make a smooth paste - In a pan add oil, curry leaves, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and mix well
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well
- Add a and mix well for 2 min
Add gram flour paste and mix well. - Add water mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame (approx 2.30 hours) and keep stirring in between
- Pakoray
In pot add gram flour, baking soda, salt and mix well
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter - Now add coriander seeds, chaat masala, garam masala, crushed chilli, green chili chopped, fenugreek leaves, onion, potato and coriander chopped and mix well
- In wok heat oil and fry pakora until crispy and golden
- Now add fried pakora in curry, stir gently and cook for 10 mins
- Tarka
In frying pan add oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, whole red chilli and mix well
Now add tarka on curry and served with rice..
