  13. to taste salt
  14. 2 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
  15. 2 tbsp Tomato Chilli Garlic Sauce
  16. 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  17. 1 tsp Black pepper
  18. tsp Oregano haf
  19. Capsicum 1 large
  20. Cabbage half cup
  21. Green onion half cup
  22. 2 Green chillies
  23. For Dough
  24. 4 cup Flour
  25. 1.5 tbsp yeast
  26. Sugar half tbsp
  27. Lukme Warm Milk for making dough
  28. 1 Egg
  29. 2 tbsp Butter
  30. 1 cup Cheddar and Mozrella Cheese

Steps to make to make Pizza Cups

  1. Marinate chicken mince with all grinded Masala ginger garlic paste yogurt and salt for one hour. give coal smoke.
  2. In pan take 2 tbs oil add marinted chicken mince andcook until all water dries up.
  3. Now cut all vegetables in small cube and add in chicken mince fry in high flame
  4. For Dough

    In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water add sugar and keep in dry place until it become double.
  5. Now mix this yeast mixture in flour add milk and make a dough. until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

    Turn onto a floured surface knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.

    Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place
  6. When dough become double in size. punch it down. and keep it for double proofing.
  7. Divide dough in four equal part. take one part and roll it down into 1 inch thick.
  8. With help of cutter cut round shape.
  9. In greese cupcakes tray place pizza dough.
  10. Fill each cups with prepared chicken pour pizza sauce and cheese on top.
  11. Bake in oven at 200 degree for 15 min.
