- Mix all together and Knead a dough. Rest for 30 minutes. Then make a big and thin roti. Cut with cutter.



- Deep fry the gulguppa puri in hot oil on low Flame.

- For hari chutney,Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Hari chutney is ready.



- In a bowl add tamarind pulp. Add in dates, salt and red chili powder.



- Then add chaat masala. Blend in blender. Pour chutney in bowl.



- Assembling. In a platter place golgappay. Add in boiled chickpeas and potatoes. Fill the puri with hari chutney, tamarind and date chutney. Lastly drizzle sweet yogurt. Sprinkle chaat masala on it.
