- 2 Cups Water,

- Pinch Kesar Yellow Food Colour,
- Pinch of Lemon Yellow Color
- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder,
- as required Few Saffron Strand soaked in Water
- as required Pistachios and Saffron for Garnish

- Sugar Syrup:
1. Take 1/2Kg Sugar in a Heavy bottom Pot
2. Add 2Cups of Water in it


- 3. Add Lemon Slices
4. Cook it on Low Flame stirring occasionally, until Sugar Dissolve and liquid thickens* 1 Thread Consistency
5. Remove the Lemon Slices,add Saffron Strands soaked in water,Pinch of Kesar Yellow Food Colour,1/4Tsp Cardamom Powder
6. Boil for 2-3mins
7. Close the flame and keep aside 







- Batter Preparation
1. Take 1Cup All-purpose Flour,add 1/4Cup Yogurt,1Tsp Baking Powder and Pinch of Lemon Yellow Food Colour
2.Mix and make Lemp Free and Free Flowing Batter by adding Water little by little
3. Once it has reached desire consistency, whisk it for 5mins to incorporate Air in Batter
4. Pour it in Sauce Bottle or Piping Bag Keep aside








- 5. Remove it from Ghee and dunk thoroughly in Syrup*Don't wait for dropping excess Ghee
6. Syrup should be Lukewarm when dipping Jalebi
7. Let it remain in syrup for 3-4min
8. Remove it,by dropping excess syrup
9. Serve it as it is or with Rabdi or Milk - Frying
1. Take wide Pan,pour 1/2Inch Ghee in it
2. Warm the Ghee on Low Flame
3. Squeeze out the Batter in Ghee in Coil Shape and fry on Medium Flame for 1min,then flip and fry for further 1min
4. It should be crisp and light golden when fried
