- Dahi bara
- 1/2 cup Mash ki daal aaata
- 1/2 cup Mong ki daal ka aata
- 1/2 tsp Zeera
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- to taste Salt
- Oil for frying
- Yogurt
- 500 grams yogurt
Steps to make to make Chatkharaydaar Dahi Baday
- Take yogurt blend it andd keep in the fridge for an hour

- Mix both the flour n all the other ingredients n make a smooth paste with water as required



- To make green chutney, add all the ingredients above and blend together well and the Chutney is ready


- To make red chutney blend all ingredients together well n the Chutney is ready


- To make imli ki chutney blend in all the ingredients well n the Chutney is ready


- Heat oil n with the help of a spoon fry all the baday till they turn golden brown



- Take them out on kitchen paper n soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes.now press them carefully to get all the water out



- Now start assembling put the badas in a big bowl add yougurt add all the three Chutney ‘s n sprinkle some chaat masala.Crumble some papadi over it n enjoy every bit of it
