- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp melted ghee
- 1 pinc salt
- Water for kneading
- For_the_sugar_syrup
- 1 tsp rose water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- For_the_garnishing
- 2 tbsp sliced pistachio
- Dry rose Patel
Instructions to make to make 🎁Balushahi🎁

In a sauce pan add water, sugar, and over medium heat, bring it to a boil. Let it simmer until syrup is almost to one thread
Add lemon juice and rose water stair and Set aside.

Take them out and straight away
Dip Balushahi in a warm syrup about 2-3 minutes and remove them.
Don’t leave them in a syrup and garnish with sliced pistachio & dry rose Patel.
