  2. Bring the small pan of water to a simmer. Use a teaspoon to make a whirlpool in the middle.

  4. Put the slice of sourdough bread in the toaster.
  5. Add the small tin of baked beans to a microwavable bowl. Add the pinch of chilli flakes and garam masala and mix well. Microwave for 2 mins, stirring halfway.
  6. Take the egg out with a slotted spoon after 2 mins of cooking, and rest the spoon on kitchen roll while you combine the dish.
  7. Once the toast has popped, butter and add to a plate. Add the cooked baked beans over. Add the egg on top. Add the dollops of marmalade and natural yoghurt around. Sprinkle coriander leaves over and enjoy
