  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3/4 cup oil
  5. 1 cup yogurt
  6. 2 cup grated coconut fresh/dry
  7. 2 cup smit semolina
  8. 1 tbsp vanilla
  9. 1 tbsp baking powder
  10. Fillings: center
  11. Pistacio nut,sliced
  12. Nestle cream
  13. Toppings:
  14. Pistacio nut powder
  15. Grated Coconut dry/fresh

  1. In a cake mixer, put all the ingredients for batter then mix it well.
  2. In a pyrex or baking pan, wipe oil or tahina(arabic people know this). Then put the half quantity of batter. Then put pistacio sliced and nestle cream after that put the rest batter.
  3. Up the batter, put grated coconut dry and pistacio nut powder.
  4. Put in oven 25-30 minutes. With the temperature of 180-200 °c. Until the cake become light brown.
  5. Take it out from oven then spray sugar syrul up.. Then serve.
