  11. 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  12. 1/2 cup Water
  13. Dough....
  14. 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  15. 1/2 tsp Salt
  16. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  17. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  18. 2 tbsp Oil
  19. 1/2 cup Yogurt
  20. Water as Required
  21. Sesame Seeds
  22. Butter

Steps to make to make Qeema Naan

  1. In A Bowl, Add Beef Mince,Ginger Garlic Paste,Crushed Coriander Seeds,Crushed Cumin Seeds,Red Chilli Crushed,Red Chilli Powder,Salt,Chopped Green Chillies,Onion Mix well and Marinate For 1-2 Hours.
  2. In A Wok,Heat Oil Add Marinated Qeema Mix Well and Cook For 10-12 Mins.
  3. Add Water Mix Well Cover and Cook For 20-25 Mins.
  4. Add Fresh Coriander Mix Well and Set Aside.
  5. For Dough......!!
    In A Bowl Add All-Purpose Flour,Salt,Sugar,Oil,Baking Powder,Yogurt and Mix Well.
  6. Gradually Add Water Mix Well and Knead Until Soft Dough Is Formed.
  7. Sprinkle Oil Cover and Let It Rest For 1-2 Hours.
  8. Knead Dough Again,Sprinkle All-Purpose Flour and Knead Until Smooth.
  9. Divided Dough into 4 Equal Pieces.
  10. Take A Small, Make A Ball and Flatten The Ball with the help of hand,Add Mince Stuffing in the center and Pull the Edges up,seal and Shape again into a ball.
  11. Sprinkle All-Purpose Flour roll out with The Help Of Rolling Pin.
  12. Apply Water On The Top,Sprinkle Sesame Seeds,with The Help Of Fork and Mark With The Help Of Hands.
  13. And Apply Water On Back Side (pre-heat tawa on High Flame for 5 Mins) transfer On Tawa Cook on medium Low Flame When Bubbles Is Create than Apply Butter and Change The Side.
  14. Tawa Naan Is ready,Brush The Top With Butter and Cut In to 4 Pieces Serve.
  15. Serve Hot.
